I heard a lot about this movie coming to Netflix and I must say I was pleased. I had my ummmmm moments but overall the message behind it was similar to one of my own. Your hair is beautiful if you take care of it, meaning moisturize it consistently. All hair is manageable if you manage it. Sanaa definitely had a real moment when she shaved her head. I don’t care what no one tells me, you can’t shave off your hair and not feel something. Either a brokenness , a relief, a self reflection moment when you see your self fully naked, no makeup….bare. I am super proud of Sanaa because she took on another role and it was a great step in the right direction. Well done
