On Wednesday, July,2019 I packed my bags and headed to Houston, Texas for the very first time and to do hair! This is another amazing opportunity that I was given by someone who understood that #edgesmatter and that her hair was worth the investment. I was flown out to Houston by a client because she was tired of what Houston had to offer. She really wanted someone who could do knotless braids but the fact that I did the knotless and painless braids she was sold.
When doing her hair, I ask her is she wanted something to drink but she refused. She later told me that the braider she usually went to told her she couldn’t use the bathroom so she didn’t want to drink anything while she was here. I was floored and said, that is a no, no. Stand. stretch and please use the bathroom. Sometimes, I honestly think I should give up, but them stories like these remind me why I do what I do and that I should teach the painless process around the world. Everyone should have access to pain free braiding and style options.
