Am I the only one that realized Olivia Pope has gotten her hair done after being in that pretend prison? It almost sends the message that you don’t look presentable until your hair is straight and laid. Seems like the curly fro is for times of trouble and vacations. I do love Scandal but I am just about that hair talk.
